Regional Express fly daily, from Melbourne, Tullamarine to King Island, Sharpe Airlines offer service between King Island and Launceston. The major carriers then provide service from Launceston to your home port.

DAY BY DAY
Day One: Fly from Melbourne, Tullamarine airport to Currie Airport, King Island with Regional Express. On arrival collect your rental vehicle and prepare for a most rewarding experience. Drive to the Ocean Dunes King Island Hotel where your hosts will make this a memorable interlude. Take time during the afternoon to absorb the clean air, natural beauty and the lie of the land to ensure you maximise your time on King Island. Ease into life on the island and in the evening immerse yourself in local cuisine. Extra Rounds are available and can be booked in advance or during your stay. Additional costs will apply.
Day Two-Four: Two rounds of golf are included in this package providing you with a day to either replay one of the courses or simply enjoy King Island. It also provides a little flexibility should a day in between rounds be more to your liking. Cape Wickham a coastal layout with multiple tee boxes to allow a choice that ensures an enjoyable but real test of golf for all players, provided you can keep your mind on the job, rather than stray to the incredible scenery and natural beauty. Possibly play the King Island Public Course on day 2 and complete your visit with a round at Ocean Dunes.Take time to enjoy the local produce explore the island and be absorbed into the pace of life.
Day Five: Take the 09.05 flight, weekdays from King Island to Launceston, collect your rental vehicle and drive to Barnbougle. As the accommodation is at Lost Farm Lodge play the Lost Farm Course on arrival. Just another fantastic golf experience that is enjoyable regardless of your golfing prowess. The scenery along the coast is simply spectacular. Barnbougle Lodge has a fine restaurant overlooking the bay with a great selection of Tasmanian and Australian wines.
Day Six: Play Barnbougle Dunes the original course at Barnbougle set among the sand dunes of the bay. Both courses rate very highly in both the Australian and International rankings so concentrate and reap the rewards.
Day Seven: This day is added so should inclement weather prevail you have a spare day or you can visit wineries and other attractions in the area or purchase an extra round at special guest rates.
Day Eight: Depart Barnbougle for Launceston Airport and return home.
