A cookie is a small piece of information that is stored on a computer for the purpose of identifying that browser during interaction on websites. Cookies may be used to store items such as identifiers and user preferences.

A website may set a cookie to the browser if the browser’s preferences allow it. A browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has set, not those set by other websites (no other website will be able to access the cookies created by our website). You can set your browser preferences yourself to accept/deny or remove cookies, this may however reduce the quality of your browsing experience and limit the functionality available to you.

We will only use cookies to store relevant data used to enable certain functionalities or enhance your browsing experience, this data will be in the form of a non-personal id, to protect your identifiable information. Some functionality within our digital environment may require the use of cookies:

– Store your website preferences

– Maintain your login status (to identify that you are logged in or out, not your actual login details)

– ‘Remember me’ identifiers so when you return to a site you don’t need to enter your details again

– We may use advertising services such as Google Adwords, Double Click display or Yahoo advertising which use cookies to ensure you get only relevant ads

– Website tracking such as Google Analytic (see next section)

We use Google Analytics tracking to record the interaction with our website, this is so we can measure and improve on the online experience we provide. Google Analytics uses first party cookies to record your interaction with our website. We comply with Google’s terms of use and as such we will not record any personally identifiable information via Google Analytics (eg: email, name, address etc).

Google Advertising

We implement Google Analytics features that use Display Advertising information for Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting.

You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising, to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics, by going to the Google Analytics opt-out page.

We, along with third-party vendors (including Google), use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookies) to report how your ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to our website. You can read more about the cookies  used by Google Analytics advertising features, by going to the Google Analytics Privacy Policy page.

If you want to opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising, just customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings or using Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on that will instruct the Google Analytics JavaScript not to send any information about the website visit to Google Analytics.

Email Marketing

If you have opted-in to receive email communications from us, we may collect information from your interaction with our email communications via web beacons. Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, used to track the online interaction data.

The information we collect will be limited to only applicable information which can be used to increase the relevancy of our messages. This information may be tied to your subscription profile, which due to the nature of email, will include at the very least the personally identifiable information of your email address.

As such, on all of our email communications we give our subscribers clear options to unsubscribe from our communications, you can also contact us via the details below to have you details removed from our listings.

Cross Border Flow Information
